My name is Stacey Taylor, and I'm mom to four lovable canines - boxers Luka, Jack, and Beau, and a sassy Papillon named Sophie!
We live in Amarillo, Texas, where the people are friendly, the sunsets are breathtaking, and we enjoy all four seasons (sometimes in the same day!).
My love of scrapbooking started at a young age. My older sister and I used to flip through fashion magazines and cut out headlines, phrases, and pictures we liked. Then we would glue them onto posterboard to make our own personal collages to hang on the walls in our bedrooms. My mom gave me my first scrapbook album when I was in high school. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it as I sat looking at the blank pages, so I looked up a local Creative Memories consultant and she helped me get started. I ended up signing as a consultant and the rest, as they say, is history! I still love Creative Memories albums (in fact, they are the only ones I use!), but I also like Close to My Heart products and a few other companies' products you can find online and in your local craft stores. Several years ago, I was introduced to stamping and Stampin' Up!, and I fell in love with this new creative outlet of making cards and other paper crafts.
Along the way I started hosting workshops for my customers to bring their scrapbooking projects and have lots of space and time to work. I like to serve a homemade lunch at these workshops, and the ladies often request my recipes. My hope is that this blog will inspire you in your creative projects. I'll also throw in my most-requested and favorite recipes every now and then!
